I want to give a shout out to Nick Casparino, the Service Manager at Pete's in Connecticut. My wife and I bought a new 2025 Jayco 19MRK last fall from Pete's. We took it on a short "shake-down" trip right away and (not unexpectantly) ran into a few relatively minor issues. Jayco pushed back a bit on covering one of the problems under warrantee ("Not our problem. It's the component manufacturer...") but Nick persevered, took ownership of the issue, and got it resolved to our satisfaction, all the while keeping us informed the entire time. Hats off to Nick. Pete's should be proud to have him on the team!
Our experience at Pete’s RV in Windsor CT. Was a mixed experience. Samantha in financing made our purchase go smoothly. Samantha had to get some things sorted out for us and we really appreciate what she did.Had it not been for her and Matt in sales , we probably would have not purchased from there. The best person that we found most helpful was Dom. Dom oriented us to our camper and was extremely knowledgeable. He took the time with us to show us every detail. Dom also had good suggestions of other items to purchase that would also be helpful. We really appreciated Dom spending the time with us . Alex who works in sales , initially showed us around the lot and assisted us in finding the right camper for us was also helpful. Overall good experience .
My wife and I wanted a specific Jayco RV that wasn't in stock in NY. We found 3 in 3 different states. I have never bought anything like this over the phone. Pete's gave me the best price so we chose them. We were going to do all of the paperwork over the phone and email but at the last minute, decided to drive to CT and see it before purchase. Christine in Finance was extremely helpful before, during and after delivery. She is a asset to your company.
What a great RV dealership, I’ve been looking for a particular RV that are hard to see in person, Devyn had a customer order this particular model and allowed me (with permission from the new owner) to view it. It’s about a 2.5 hour drive from me and a ferry ride, so I appreciated Devyn going above and beyond to get my eyes on one in person. I would absolutely bring my business to them when the time is right. Easy access to the dealership, lots of RV’s to see in the property, nice clean offices and customer care spaces, and a nice shop to pick up supplies for your RV. They are also the largest Jayco sales in the country too.
I purchased a class A motor home 4 years ago from Petes RV. I wasn’t sure of what my options were concerning my warranties. My wife and I visited them last week and between the Financial Officer and the service manager Shawn, they explained everything to us that we needed to know.
