They explained things that I did not know about my camper. Very helpful. Installed wiring for my Lance Truck Camper. Also installed Super Torque Hitch for my extended hitch as well as quick gun system to lock down my camper to the frame of my truck.
We bought a Lance camper at Parkway this year and have been very pleased with the customer service we have received here. They were easy to deal with during the sale and the work necessary on our truck to accomodate the camper and were friendly and professional. We did have a problem with the camper slide after some use and they got us in for repair promptly and were friendly and efficient with the work as well as being very helpful with additional details to keep the unit working well. This is the first RV dealership where we have done business that we would return to again without reservation.
Friendly and professional but not high pressure which I hate. David was the salesman who helped us and he was honest, supportive, and informative. He ran circles for us. I have not had good experiences with used cars but they were a blessing. For once I felt like I received a fair deal with no b.s.. Even when the deal was done and we were leaving they noticed there was no back wiper on the vehicle and took care of it for us.
Though they try, their RV service department just doesn't go the extra mile to make things better for you. Our new RV has been in their shop as much as we've had it and having to drive 130 miles one way, you would see to it that it would be ready, really ready when we get there instead of making excuses for not finishing up on an obvious problem. I will forgo their Coachman warranty and do the work myself or find a different Coachman dealer more willing to finish the job the first time
While on a trip to Canada, I determined we needed a new battery for our Casita travel trailer. I called Parkway RV and spoke with Jeff, who said I could come in that morning and he would install the battery himself, if necessary (it wasn't). Jeff, Casey, and Dan got it done and we were on our way. These guys are friendly and helpful and know what they're doing.
