Everyone there was extremely personable. The sales team Blaine and John work very hard to make sure you find what you’re looking for. Andy in parts is very knowledgeable and organized to get you the right things you need. Greg is always willing to help get you taken care on any warranty issues you may have. Will always makes sure that any work you have done there is done right. Dana the assistant general manager is one of the nicest people you’ll meet. I’m a loyal customer to a business that treats me well, their customer service is top notch they make sure to treat you with respect and assure you that you are very important to them. I will definitely continue to take my business there and recommend that you do too.
Cathie and I were truly blessed by a wonderful experience at Parkland RV. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. Very knowledgeable in getting everything we needed to set us up with our new truck camper. From the front desk to the shop guys….. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. My company, Sparkle RV Services recently started offering RV hyrdo jet tank cleaning to our customers. I called Parkland RVs service center to offer a demonstration, and their service manager, Will, said yes! When I arrived at the scheduled time, they were ready for me. Everyone was so nice and excited to learn about how we clean RV tanks. During the demonstration, they asked lots of questions and talked about their customers and how we could help them. They really knew their customers and their needs. The owner, Patty, came out for the demonstration as well. They had flushed the RV I cleaned the day before until it ran clear. Our hydro jetter removed the build-up on the tank walls that you can't remove with a regular hose flush. It was super fun meeting everyone at Parkland RV -such a great staff.
