Not your average high pressure RV sales! I was drawn in by the good reviews, and they didn't disappoint. Responsive and friendly sales staff, good prices, and very competent service & support. Ended up purchasing a used trailer and have had zero issues, complaints, or surprises so far. Responses to after-sale questions have been friendly and informative. Definitely recommend!
DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS!!! I called Rylan in December of 2025. Explainwd I had cancer and was waitingvfor surgery but wanted info on a 2015 used camper. He told me it was owned by an okd couple who just were done campingvand wanted to get rid of it but it eas in very good shape. I fell in love eith pics but told him Id call him after my kidney surgery in December. ALL FOUR TIMES I CALLED HIM OVER THE NEXT FEW MONTHS HE NEVER CALLED ME BACK. O alwats had to chase him aftrr weeks of silence. I had my surgery...12/23 but a week before I called and offered 12, 000 cash which is all I had saved. He saud hed contact the owner and get back to me. Two weeks later i cjased him down and he said the owner said no. In January once I healed I had managed to save 14,000 of the 14,500 asking. I called...same thing offerred , he said he woukd call...never did....I chase him he says no. Two weeks later I call to offer him MORE than 14,500 only to find out not onlyvwas this nwver owned by some random old couole but the owner of this place and he says to me.. "Yeah Rick devided hes not going to sell it and let his son use it," So months of scrimping and saving and dreaming/planning about my dream camper to heal in...he tells me Im screwed. I sent an email to the owner...no response...left voicemail I want a call back. ..silence. This Rylan giy who sounds like hes 16 is a liar. He has HORRIBLE customer service....and the owner doesnt have the gnads to face me? If thry are capable of treating an okder singke woman with cancer like this with zero conscious... are you really going to trust your hard earned money to a conpany who cant even have the common decency to return a phone call? Yeah they are good ...good at smashing hopes and dreams and then not even owning their poor business acumen.
Rick is awesome! We had an accident Thursday and damaged our roof ac and fan. It was about to rain on Saturday and Sunday. After calling around Friday and getting the regular 3-4 weeks out for an appointment, I called Northwood RV. Rick agreed to look at the damage and fit us in for repair. Rick ordered a new ac and fan we were fixed up and back on the road in a couple of days.
Rick did a great job checking out my travel trailer. Very personable honest guy. I would highly recommend Rick and his crew to take care of your needs. Will definitely go back when work is needed.
Northwood RV provided an excellent customer service experience. They were responsive, thorough, friendly and respectful. When I called to make my appointment, they assessed the maintenance and repairs I was requesting and gave me a date to drop off my camper. When I arrived on site, Rick met me in the parking lot and walked around the camper and discussed all the items I needed to have done. Asked a few questions until he was comfortable with the work and my expectations. I also left the basic list of items with the front office but didn’t have to go into any detail because Rick was already familiar with all the details. Before I left, I was asked if a 2 week window to complete was acceptable which I was super excited about, only 2 weeks? 😳 3 days later I received an electronic copy of my invoice. Did that mean it was complete already!? In addition, there was a couple of missing items that I had discussed with Rick so I called to inquire. It was very late in the day and I had to leave a message, so I left my name and number and crossed my fingers that someone would actually call me back. The very next day Rick personally returned my call. Yes the camper was done and ready to be picked up. As far as the missing items, they were not missed, after inspecting the items, no maintenance or repair was necessary so there was no charge and therefore not included on the invoice. Rick provided detailed and intimate details of what was done, leaving me feeling confident about the work that was completed. That afternoon I arrived to pick up my camper, once again Rick met me in the parking lot and walked me around the camper, showing me and explaining in detail all the work they completed. He answered my questions and wanted to make sure I was satisfied before leaving. My overall experience from start to finish was overwhelming, in a world of horrifying experiences with other RV service providers, Northwood RV proved me with everything a concerned owner could ask for when someone else is left in charge of their family’s home away from home.
