Recently brought our Jayco Greyhawk 31DS into Blue Compass in Knoxville for winterization, I would typically do this myself however I have been working away from home and only have a couple of days home. When dropping the unit off, I asked that they run right through it and I gave them a few items such as the power steps, fridge and ACs that I believed needed attention. The staff was absolutely awesome and communicated constantly as they went through the unit. I could not be more pleased with the level of service, very reasonable cost and simply but, great staff.
I can’t say enough about Blue Compass of Knoxville. My bride and I dropped in to browse and ended up purchasing a Class C motorhome. Dylan was our sales professional and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He treated us like family with a no pressure experience from the moment we stepped on property. He genuinely seemed more interested in what was good for our family instead of just selling an RV.
