I highly recommend Momentum. This store had the parts I needed and the staff was amazing, helpful, courteous, kind and fun. You don’t see customer service like this anymore. I had an unfortunate incident while traveling the interstate towing my Liv trailer. A semi in front of me blew a tire and the tread bounced under my vehicle and trailer taking out part of my sewer system, including a waste valve, hardware and some pipe. Using only photos and the part number for the main valve connector, the staff helped me build out the rest of the missing parts to replace everything that went missing. Thanks again. I so much appreciate your knowledge and help!
Changed out bad rooftop unit in a jiffy, diagnosed fast and worked well with my extended warranty company. Patrick the service manager and the head mechanic that installed unit very professional and courteous. Very happy with job start to finish
