I had a great experience purchasing a camper here. Matthew, my salesman, was a huge help for me through the whole process. He got me hooked up with a camper in less than a day from my first message to him on Facebook Marketplace. He got me a great deal and worked with me to make sure I was set up with everything I needed. Matthew is a family man of strong faith and treated me as if I was part of his own family. I would be more than willing and happy to recommend anyone to go here for their next camper.
Amazing customer service, great inventory and wonderful people to communicate with. They really listen to your needs! I highly recommend RV outlet center. They Provided the most detailed information, more than what I was looking for it. Anyone on the market for a beautiful RV ready to go definitely visit them! You won’t be disappointed.
They post fake trailer ads on Facebook so that when you message them they say “sorry that one just sold but here, look at this one that’s $10,000-$15,000 more than the one you were interested in.” I found a listing on Facebook for a 5th wheel trailer, messaged the lady with a question, got a “sorry we just sold that one” with another listing of a more expensive trailer sent by the lady. Then 3 days later the same listing I messaged them about is posted with the same exact price, no description, and posted by another lady at the dealership. Just a waste of time doing “business” here. I would recommend taking your business to RV Connection in Lawton!
UPDATE!!!! After taking delivery of our 5th Wheel we found the service department and the owners of this dealership to be horrible!!! Our 5th wheel had not been check over before delivery and they had it for 2 months after we purchased it. You can not ever get someone to answer or return calls and Morgan the service manager is rude when you do go up and finally talk to her. They didn’t check the seals on our roof and our one slide out would leak due to a seal being folded because the forced the slide out in. The owners do not stand behind what they say. I will never recommend this place for anyone to purchase even a brand new RV. The only good thing about this dealership is their sales person Tom. My husband and I started working with Tom 5 months ago and went in telling him what we wanted but would not be buying for several months. He was amazing letting us look at anything we wanted and the different options for what we would need. Not once was he pushy or try to talk us into buying before we were ready. He made sure to send us any new 5th Wheel that had what we wanted. I will always recommend RV Outlet Center and Tom and will come back when we are ready to upgrade. Would also like to say that David in finance was amazing and made the entire financing side of the process go smoothly.
If you go here make SURE to get a technician to inspect your RV before purchasing it. A month after getting ours we had to file a warranty claim for the slide out not going in, and the black tank had a huge rip in it and had to be completely replaced, the toilet had to be replaced as well along with 10 other small issues. It was our first time buying an rv so we didn’t know everything to look for. Worst of all, they told us they had replaced the water heater. We found that it was leaking, and the warranty company wouldn’t cover it because RV outlet had welded it together, not replaced it. Now we have to pay 1300 to get it fixed and rv outlet has stonewalled us.
