Dropped off my Polaris Ranger for its first service. Unit has 21 hours on it. When I picked it up we discussed my tip out windshield that rattles when open while riding. With 21 hours on the machine I was told to spray lithium grease on it to see if that helps. No one offered to try that at the dealership they just sent me on my way. Needless to say I am very disappointed in the way that was handled. I am supposed to bring my boat in Saturday for service but I am truly having second thoughts.
The sales man was top notch professional, the transaction went very smoothly. Unfortunately, when I went out into the parking lot, the sales manager‘s father, who apparently works there as well, literally said to me “ well obviously ( pointing to my vehicle) you have a lot of money” And then he went on to give me a spiel about someone he is trying to help off the streets from domestic violence situation, I told him I would be happy to write him a check or cash app for charity. He then proceeded to ask me for cash and he would just “give it to her.” I had to go back inside the building to finish my transaction and told the sales man that I was very uncomfortable with that kind of behavior while I’m trying to purchase with them, he was as well. The poor salesman had to follow me around and stand beside me to keep the father from following me around OUTSIDE literally soliciting. It was very, very uncomfortable for me AND THE SALESMAN. and unprofessional It ruined my entire experience, unfortunately. I hourly complained that, but this was so out of The norm for what I’m used to doing with businesses as I am not from Lagrange, Georgia Christy Coogle
