My wife and I were traveling staying at Chewacala State Park and experienced issues with our A/C as it stopping blowing cold on a 90° day. After calling several other dealerships and mobile mechanics on Google that were no help and didn’t have appointments for several months, we called RV Roadway and the receptionist was kind and helpful, she directed our call to the service manager Justin. Justin was just a friendly and able to get us an appointment within 24 hours, and warned us that worst case scenario he had a full replacement unit in stock and that even if we had to replace the whole unit it would be finished by the end of the day. When we arrived at the dealership, there were two trailers blocking the service gate entrance. The guys were very quick and efficient to get them out of the way, get us unhooked, and back for service. Justin called us back in 3 hours and told us our camper was finished. When we arrived back at the dealership, they had our trailer conveniently positioned so it was easy to hook up to. Justin told us it was simply a control unit and it covered under warranty and there is no charge. They also took the liberty of fixing another issue we had with our refrigerator being loose under warranty too while it was in the shop. While we understand that not everyone will have the same experience as us, it seemed like everything worked perfectly for us simply because of the amazing staff at RV Roadway of Opelika. We will definitely be servicing our travel trailer here until the time comes to replace it which we will definitely do here too. These folks are awesome!
