I used Moix to repair my motorcoach for the last two years. I’ve recently switched dealers because the ONE service advisor is almost impossible to reach during business hours, and doesn’t return phone calls. They seem to focus more on the issues they’ve discovered, and not what issue I need addressed. When picking up my bus, I’ve learned the importance of walking through and putting everything back where it was when dropped off, otherwise things fall, and old parts, like an original slide motor, roll around during my drive home. Once home, I always have to clean the living quarters because of nuts, bolts, and parts left behind, and clean up dirt, grass and debris as if the RV was worked on in the middle of a cow pasture. This doesn’t happen when my car is in the shop. Why should my motorcoach be different?

Thia is my first RV experience and I worked with Wesley Lewis to find a travel trailer to fit my needs. I explained to him what I had in mind and he showed me several options. He was great to point out pros and cons of each. I am excited to put the new trailer to use.

This review is specifically for the service department- ABSOLUTELY terrible experience all around. Terrible communication, false information, unreliable, etc. Prior to bringing our brand new Forest River 5th wheel in for warranty work, I called to confirm that they could do Forest River warranty work, and was told yes, absolutely. FOUR months later I am no nearer getting my 5th wheel's problems fixed than I was... Moix repeatedly "looked" at the issues I was reporting and said nothing was wrong- but with further prodding, they in fact discovered that the problems did exist- but then Dustin, the service advisor, never actually submitted most of them to Forest River warranty for approval- and finally told us they would not look at or work on anything else- that we needed to just "take it back to the factory" when I called Forest River for help, they were astounded by our experience and that only a small number of tiny problems had been submitted under warranty (a few of which my husband and I had already fixed ourselves!) and that they were refusing to work on anything further- when I asked what I needed to do to "take it back to the factory" Forest River said that was not something they did and that we needed to take it to a different service department and start over. Additionally, we were quoted $2600 for four slide toppers, with verbal confirmation from Jerid the service manager that that price included everything- then when we go to pick the camper up we were charged $4400! When questioned- we were told that the quoted price didnt actually include everything and since they ordered everything in and did the work already, we had to pay the $4400. Absolutely the worst customer service I have experienced in a long time.

Eric was excellent to work with during the sales process for our new camper. We are very happy with the camper! We have taken it for service a couple of times and had a great experience and issues resolved each time and quickly. Highly recommend working with Moix on your next RV purchase.

Awesome, couldn't have been a Better experience. Everyone from the GM, Business Mg, Service Mg, and Parts Mg was AWESOME. WOW, We were treated so nice, like We had been there as a regular customer, in fact it was our FIRST time there. We ended up buying a New Jayco Eagle. There again, couldn't have been better. We left there literally feeling like Family. It's a 3 hour drive for us of which We will gladly do again. Thank You MOIX RV.
