Very professional place with all the assistance you need. Much better than buying off FB marketplace, which I considered. I bought a 10 year old camper and they helped me with new tires and mattresses as part of our deal. Jim was great to negotiate with. Danielle was quick on the paperwork. As a repeat customer at Midwest RV, having bought two campers and referred two customers who bought campers, I was initially disappointed with my recent 2023 Raptor Toy Hauler purchase. The camper had some cleanliness and minor mechanical issues, and the hitch installation needed adjustments. I hoped these would have been addressed before leaving the lot. However, Midwest RV was very apologetic and worked diligently to resolve my concerns. They’ve also committed to working with staff to improve services. I genuinely appreciate their sincerity and efforts to make things right. While there’s room for better quality control, their response shows they value customers. I’m hopeful Midwest RV will continue to improve and deliver the great experiences I’ve had before.
