They took the time to listen—really listen—and walked us through every detail of what can be an overwhelming and complicated purchase. Buying a high-end motorhome like the ones Midway offers is no small process, and operating one takes time and knowledge. The Midway team made all of that so much easier. We recently purchased our first RV and the people at Midway RV couldn’t have been better. They made the experience exceptional. They were very patient with us and took extra time with us to make sure we were comfortable with our new coach. Steve our sales person was outstanding and Isaac our instructor very knowledgeable and patient with us. They were a big reason we chose Midway to buy our RV from.

Wow! If I could give more stars, I would! We cannot say enough good things about Midway RV and the folks there. We decided a Newmar New Aire was the right coach for us and called our sales representative, Ryan Kramer, whom we had dealt with before. He had a pre-owned New Aire just arrived the night before and we drove up the next business day following the holiday weekend. Ryan is fantastic to deal with and was very professional and personable. A true pleasure to work with. He was patient with our questions and willing to show us any and all coaches we wanted to see. Made a deal on the coach and waited for them to prep it. And prep it they did! It had a couple minor issues and a vibration that they very diligently tracked down and repaired. And looking at the list of work they did to prep it was extremely impressive! They want good coaches to go to their customers. Isaac V performed our orientation and he gave us extremely good attention, treating us just as good as someone buying a new coach. He was so patient with our questions and very polite and well spoken. His orientation covered all aspects of the coach and was very thorough. We took it on a 4 night shakedown trip in the area and ran into some issues. Some minor and some seemed major, but turned out to be user education. Isaac was available to answer all of our questions and we had a lot of them. He was very patient and understanding with us. The issues that we thought were major, Isaac suggested we come back in for them to look at the next day. We were there first thing and he hopped right on it. He spent most of the day correcting a few minor things and the one thing we thought was operating incorrectly. Turns out I did not fully understand a system, but he patiently worked through it with me while also troubleshooting. The people we dealt with at Midway RV were all stellar folks. From our first contact with Ryan, then Issac, through Dave the Service Manager, and Dave in the Parts Department - they all were fantastic to deal with and very generous with their time. As a matter of fact, all the people we dealt with were great here! Thank you so much to the Midway RV team for making our experience with you outstanding!

My wife Debbie and I were on a long search for our dream retirement motorcoach. We were looking for a high-quality Class A toy hauler and had our eye on a Newmar Canyon Star we saw on Midway RV's website. We live all the way in Cleveland, but the coach looked so perfect that we decided to make the drive. We first spoke with their sales professional, Ryan Kramer, who was fantastic. He was professional and answered all of our questions quickly, which made us feel confident enough to make the trip. Once we saw the coach, we knew within 30 minutes that this was the one for us. Ryan was incredibly patient and made us feel completely at ease with such a big investment. The service at Midway really shined on the day of delivery. We were introduced to Isaac, who spent several hours patiently walking us through every single feature and function of the Canyon Star. He even installed some of our optional features right there for us! The entire service department was courteous and helpful as we added the finishing touches. We truly trust the team here, and we've decided we will make the long drive back to Grand Rapids for our annual maintenance because we know we'll be in good hands. On our maiden voyage, we had a small issue getting the hot water heater to work. I gave Midway a call and was lucky enough to get connected with Isaac again. He was so patient and walked me through a fix over the phone, and it worked perfectly. He took the time to explain why it happened and what I need to do to make sure it doesn’t happen again.
