We purchased a new unit from an out of state dealer. Upon returning to WY, we came to learn the unit was wrought with issues. Midway Auto in Cody was the nearest authorized dealer. To say they were awesome is an understatement. They had us bring the unit in immediately. The crew met us at the garage and listened to all our concerns. Susan maintained contact with us the entire time to keep us informed of the progress. She navigated communicating with the manufacturer and with the dealer the unit was purchased from and fought for us. The entire team at Midway in Cody is top notch!!!!! You won't be disappointed with their service, their diligence or their integrity. Simply the best!
I want to start by saying that there are still good people in this world, and this group is proof of that. Jeremy, the salesman, went out of his way to make sure the deal was fair and straightforward. There were no typical car salesman tactics, no saying whatever it takes to get you in the door and then changing things later. I drove 15.5 hours one way, had everything agreed to in writing before I left, and when I arrived, everything was exactly as promised with no surprises at all. J.R., the mechanic, is truly top notch. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was working perfectly before I left. He took the time to ensure I wouldn’t have any issues on the drive home or once I got it on the water. Everything was checked thoroughly and made sure it was 110 percent before I left. You don’t often find someone who pays that much attention to detail or treats your equipment like it’s their own, and for that I can’t thank him enough. I would absolutely recommend doing business with these guys. What you see is what you get, with no hidden agendas.
Things went rather smooth, there were some bumps but honestly the effort Joey put in to get everything resolved was out of this world and I am super happy with my purchase
Solid customer service along with great communication! This is my second time buying from Joey and both times he went above and beyond to make the process smooth and fast! Appreciate the help and see ya again soon for our next purchase! 🤘🏼
Ty McGowan at Midway RV in Cody, WY was awesome to work with! He went above and beyond to get us what we wanted with a special order color and custom interior finish is fantastic. Highly recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ contacting Ty for your RV purchase 🤠

Buying an RV is a big decision. Use this guide to shop Midway RV's inventory with confidence.
Set your budget first
RV prices range from under $10,000 for used travel trailers to $300,000+ for Class A diesel pushers. Know your number before you browse. Use SearchShop's payment estimator on any Midway RV listing to model monthly costs.
Pick the right RV type
Travel trailers and fifth wheels need a capable tow vehicle. Class B and C motorhomes offer an easier entry point. Class A motorhomes give the most space. Ask the team at Midway RV which type fits your camping style.
Inspect these on every unit
Check the roof for cracks or soft spots (signs of water damage). Open every slideout and look for seal wear. Run all appliances. Test the generator, AC, and water heater. Check the underbelly for rust or damage.
Know the weight ratings
Every RV has a Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR). Overloading causes tire blowouts and frame damage. Compare the GVWR against your intended load before committing.
Review service records
Ask Midway RV for any available service history. Regular maintenance records — oil changes, roof resealing, slide service — signal a well-cared-for unit.
RV loans are specialized. Knowing the basics helps you get the best deal when financing through Midway RV in Cody, Wyoming.
Typical Loan Terms
10 to 20 years is typical for larger RVs. Shorter-term loans save on total interest.
Down Payment
10% to 20% is typical. A larger down payment reduces monthly costs and total interest paid.
Pro Tip
Get pre-approved by your bank before visiting Midway RV — it gives you a rate to compare against dealer financing.
Banks, credit unions, and specialized RV lenders all offer RV financing. Rates vary widely. Get a pre-approval from your bank or credit union before visiting Midway RV — it gives you a baseline rate to compare against dealer-arranged financing.
