January 2023, I purchased a Springdale Mini 17.4' bumper pull camper for only myself and my tiny little furbaby dog and, to date I have ZERO REGRETS! Everyone from my salesman, Tony to parts manager, Casey and service managers Brent and Andrew... ARE ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! I apologize that I'm forgetting names of others, especially in the shop as this entire group of people are always kind, courteous, knowledgeable and especially accommodating for any of my needs without question! WHO DOES THAT THESE DAYS?!?! These folks do and truly go the EXTRA, EXTRA miles making sure the entire experience is seamless PLUS making sure customer satisfaction is #1. In a world with so very many people who are without, what's known today as old school morals and values, it's absolutely amazing to find an entire business who definitely have them all and show them every single day. Their LIFETIME WARRANTY is the AWESOME, the options available are wonderful also and ARE options a smart person would choose, plus likely not find a better price elsewhere. One option I'm grateful I opted for is the clear coating for keeping stains from setting. Mostly, I can use a water hose hooked to a softmop and done...clean and polished without a ton of back breaking efforts! These guys won't steer you wrong! I LOVE MID AMERICA RV! ✝️🛐🕊️💝🙏🥰
I purchased a 2026 Intech OVR Navigate and completed all the paperwork remotely. My salesman Scott, conducted a video walk of the unit with me and answered all of my questions. In the finance department, Jeremy, was easy to work and on point. Casey in the parts department took care of the hitch setup, letting me know what was best for this trailer and the tow vehicle. The sales team had everything prepared for my dad to pick up the rig and this was a great experience. Very professional. Purchased a trailer on consignment and asked multiple times before the sale and after about the back up camera display. The salesman said he would get in touch with the seller ask about it. While they were trying to sell the inTech trailer the seller was quick to reply. Now the salesman keeps blowing me off. Making up stories about can’t seem to contact the seller and other BS. I WOULDN'T buy from them again because they only wanted my money and didn’t care to address my concerns, getting any information out of the salesman was like pulling teeth. Still haven’t heard anything from the salesman about the backup camera display. So NO FOLLOW THROUGH. I purchased a inTech travel trailer with a backup camera and no freaking display. It’s been over a month and still nothing. I give them an F for customer service.
Best RV dealer any where. Scott and All the guys are great. This will always be where we buy our RVs. Glad we stumbled on to this place a couple years ago. Can’t wait to take our new intech Flyer on its first trip!
All the guys at Mid America was helpful and Scott helped us pick out the perfect travel trailer the Cherokee grey wolf 26ev it is perfect for my boyfriend and I. All the guys were really friendly and We felt the family atmosphere that was being put out throughout the Mid America RV store. And that helped us decide to make our purchase from them. I telling you if you need a good camper buying experience go see the guy's at Mid America RV you won't regret it. It wasn't pressured sale's environment the guys were really laid back and we really enjoyed our first travel trailer purchase.
