I had a great Day! Early 8 a.m. appointment for service. First one there, Mr. Martinez took great care of the vehicle & my concerns on billing since, they don't currently take anymore Corporate Accounts. I received a clear video form the mechanic on Inspection. Saturday appointments is the Best way to go for me. Traffic was good as well.
Just took possession of AWD Sprinter 15 passenger van - LA WEST Conversion. Apples, yes his name is Apples, happy to hear it was a nickname...lol. He was Very knowledgeable on the product he was showing me, made taking possession seamless. Pleased with Baker Motors and their staff. Job well done. Grady

Through my company, I purchased a Mercedes 3500 Sprinter Box Truck on Wednesday, December 24, 2025. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle on Saturday, December 27, 2025, I was extremely disappointed with the condition of the box interior. The interior was noticeably dirty, despite our prior discussion and understanding that the vehicle would be cleaned before delivery. In fact, we spent approximately an hour in your parking lot cleaning the interior ourselves before it was usable. Given that this was a $60,000 vehicle and that cleanliness was discussed prior to purchase, I expected a higher level of care and attention to detail at delivery from a Mercedes dealership. This experience fell short of those expectations and was disappointing, especially at the conclusion of what was otherwise a significant investment for our business. Overall, I would not recommend Baker Motor Company's Mercedez-Benz Van Center.
I worked with Sachin Verna and his staff to purchase a vehicle and had a very pleasant experience! I was in and out in 2 hours and their first offer for my new purchase was fair and showed good faith. I have had experiences in the past where dealers will try to squeeze every penny they can out of a customer, yet I felt like I was treated fairly. They knew I needed to be in and out and had already done my research and were very accommodating. Would highly recommend!
