I recently had my 2024 MB Sprinter 2500 in for Service B. While this dealership is not close to where I live, I always make the trek in due to two people and now I can add a third person to the list. Thomas Rees was not only my salesman when I bought my empty cargo van, but has been a huge supporter of the van community attending many events near Atlanta. He is extremely knowledgeable and cares about his clients completely. Troy Bartkowicz is the second person that I can not begin to tell you how much I appreciate his thoroughness, level of professionalism, and knowledge of sprinter vans. This particular visit I was showing Thomas the latest tweaks we have done to the van at LiveMore Campervans and Holden (spelling may not be correct) was there greasing my sliding door. He went over what he saw and told me the van was in excellent shape. He was very knowledgeable and personable. There were lots of issues with my vehicle after purchasing it from another dealership in georgia. The dealership I have purchased the car from ignored the issues and told me there’s nothing wrong with the car. I visited multiple dealerships and they all ignored the issues. I gave a last chance and visited the buckhead location for service to resolve the issue. it was a brand new car with only 10,000 miles. After they try to address the issues, it seems like it’s something that could not be easily identified. The issue was not fixed, however they provided me with alternatives-trade assist. Every step member in this dealership cared about me and helped me with getting in to a new car. Great general manager : Roger and a great sales advisor : Sean took care of me and I was able to get the help from the corporate and moved in to a brand new car with a great deal. They took full responsibility and effort on helping me with the trade in, even-though I didn’t purchase the car from here. I definitely recommend this place for both vehicle purchases and service because the staff creates a welcoming, family-like atmosphere.

Excellent sales experience; transport hiccup resolved quickly I purchased a G 550 (G-Wagon) sight unseen, and my salesperson, Barron, was wonderful from start to finish. He answered all of my questions promptly and even met my friend at the dealership so he could look over the vehicle before I sent funds. The only snag was with the third-party transport company—they missed three pickup dates. After I called both the transport company and the dealership, the dealership immediately hired a different carrier and had the car to me the very next day. Given that I’m 300+ miles away, I appreciate how quickly they handled it. The vehicle is exactly as described, and I love it. Thank you, Barron, for a professional and reassuring purchase experience!
