Marquardt RV did some warranty work on our Outdoors 29TRX RV and some personal upgrade requests that were completed with expertise. We were kept informed each step by Sheila, in service. Sheila also handled all warranty communication and paperwork with Outdoors RV out of Oregon. We highly recommend Marquardt RV for any of your RV needs. They also have mobile repair service.

Fantastic experience with Taylor in parts! I was looking for additional OEM cabinets & hardware that I could not find online. I sent Taylor a few pictures and measurements and she had them ordered and ready to pick up within a week or two. Manufacture forgot to include the necessary screws & Taylor was able to have them shipped directly to my house in just a couple days at no additional charge. Markquart could not have made it any easier!

BUYER BEWARE! If you’re considering purchasing an RV from Markquart, understand that the experience drastically changes the moment you sign the paperwork. The sales and customer service teams are excellent; friendly, responsive, and professional. Unfortunately, that positive experience ends immediately after the sale. The service department is deceitful, sloppy, and completely misaligned with the company’s reputation. We experienced poor workmanship, unresolved issues, and a complete lack of accountability. Problems were either dismissed, poorly “fixed,” or handled in a way that created new issues. Even worse, when concerns were raised, there was an unwillingness to take responsibility or make things right. This RV was a major purchase and the start of an exciting new chapter for our family. However, dealing with the Markquart Burlington service department has made ownership feel heavy, frustrating, and exhausting instead of exciting. No customer should have to fight this hard for competent service, especially under warranty. If you value honesty, quality workmanship, and post-sale support, do not purchase from Markquart Burlington. A great sales pitch does not make up for a service department that fails its customers when it matters most.

The wife an i went to their rv show in jan.this year looking for a specific toy hauler. When we entered the dealer we were surprized,by the family like welcoming. Were interdust to rick koepplin. We discussed what we wanted, they didnt have but after talking he showed us the strycker st2916 toy hauler it was complete with what we wanted. After accepting unit we were interduisted to the rest of the team 3 days later it was ready to take delivery supper job, well done im 78 yrs old an never met a nicer an talented group of men an women im very glad i went their by accident because everyone i know will be sent their first. happy trails
