This was our first RV purchase, and Brian in sales really helped us navigate through each trailer! We picked a Forest River EPro 20FK which fits our needs perfectly. Brian was very friendly, knowledgeable, and nice to deal with. Stephen and Jason in the parts department were also excellent and extremely helpful providing a complete walkthrough of the RV, including information on the hitch, prior to leaving the lot. Oh btw it was super cold so we did this all indoors! They also recommended a number of accessories needed to start, and they have a store onsite where we were able to get what we needed. Longview is an excellent place to purchase!

Ok guys, hope you are ready for a long review, cause I have a lot to say. My wife and I were curious about selling our 5th wheel and switching to a class C or maybe an A. We had been towing for years and it just wasn't for us in the long run. We started going to camping shows and doing online research. In our Travels we came across a very friendly and most importantly genuine fellow named Brian who works for Longview. We told him we were just looking and 100% not buying today. We told him our story and what our goals were and what we were mainly looking for in a RV. He showed us a few and at the end of the day ended up chatting with us and exchanging a few laughs. Next show we see Brian again and we say hi. He remember us and we talk for a bit and continue to look inside all the RVs. That is where it all started. 100% honest, kind and professional sales person. We liked the service, the people, and the models they offered. So we decided next year when it was time to buy we were buying from Longview. That was January/February. We went up to test drive in May. Made the purchase for that season! Damn he is a good salesman lol. Jokes aside we are super happy we did and we are really happy we chose Longview. All though they were a 2.5 hour drive from us it was worth it. Brian created the relationship with us and Longview and gained our trust. The gentleman in the finance department got us the lowest rate possible and we were honestly shocked. He was also easy to work with. Usually once you go to sign the papers is where they try to tack on a bunch of stuff and get that price up. He was honest and upfront and told us about all our options and what it would cost. Once again, open books, honesty, couldn't be happier. Then the day came finally to pick the RV up. It was ready for our walk through. We have bought campers before and they have done walk throughs. Usually they speed through in 10-15 minutes. Not this guy, he stayed late making sure we new everything there was to know about this machine inside and out. By the time he was done they were closing up. They stayed open so we could pick up a few things we needed for the RV. So if you are like me and service and honesty is very important. Transparency and kindness and no push mentality, then Longview is the place 100%. It was worth the drive and we had the best camping season in our new Class C!
