Lightnin RV has to be the best in the RV business. Mrs. Margaret who handles the rentals was amazing!!! She was efficient in providing information from start to finish. My family and I went in simply to gather information and to compare prices and Mrs. Margaret treated us like customers immediately. She was patient with us because we knew absolutely nothing as this was our first experience. She gave us information about how and when to book RV parks and provided suggestions on stuff to bring along. She truly did leave a lasting impression on us. We will be back!! My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Destin Beach Florida with a short stop over at Jekyll Island. Thank you Lightnin RV but especially Mrs. Margaret.
We've waited a couple of weeks to give this review. We purchased a used 2016 Class A from Lightnin. The whole experience was EXCELLENT!. Bo, our primary contact, was very accommodating and helpful, Vince was always cordial and the owner Steve went above and beyond. Nearly 2000 miles in 4 weeks and we have not had a single issue with the coach. We highly recommend this business without hesitation. They are a rare find in the RV sales market...honest, fair, and dependable.
We had a great experience here. It’s a small family feel there. Logan, Bo, Vince and David were very helpful and candid.. You do not get that at many places anymore. We traded our 2019 Jayco for a 2025 East to West Alta and absolutely 💕 it!!! We would recommend them to anyone!!
My family has rented several times from Lightnin RV Rentals and each time has been a great experience. The units are always clean. Customer service is phenomenal. Margaret is always a pleasure to work with. Pick-up and drop-off is convenient and they are great at explaining details about the unit. We are looking forward to our next adventure and will definitely be returning customers.
Hello! I am having a tough time putting this into words as anything I try to say will not do this great place justice. So let me just say that after working with Lightnin RV that we are 100% satisfied and recommending this place to anyone that is interested in RVs, whether it is purchasing one or renting one. We first worked with the owner Steve, and then the Sales Manager Bo who helped us out tremendously and patiently answered all of our questions. Bo is AWESOME! THANK YOU!! We did not know anything about RVs before we worked with Lightnin RV and now after we purchased ours from them we are ready for our first trip. PLEASE! Do yourself a favor and if you want an RV, look no further than Lightnin RV. This place and everyone here we came in contact with were the epitome of professionalism, friendliness, and just plain nice and down to earth and easy to work with. Yesterday we just got back from our first RV trip putting over 700 miles on the RV and staying at 3 different RV parks and campgrounds.
