Leonard Truck and Trailer truly blew me away with their exceptional customer service, trailer selection, and overall buying process. Mike McKinney knocked it out of the park. After I bought a trailer from another dealer, it was not up to my standards. I started searching found a few trailers I was interested on Leonard’s website. Sent an online inquiry in and within the next day, Mike reached out to assist me in my new search and valued my trade in extremely fairly. I stopped in and Mike met with me to show me around the lot at a few trailers I was interested in. Major kudos to Mike for showing me around in the pouring rain. Narrowed my search down to two units, went inside to get numbers, and reviewed them overnight. At no point did I feel pushed into buying that day, which I truly commend. Came back the next day with my trade in trailer, ready to make a deal. Within an hour of showing up, my trade in was evaluated by the sales manager and I was signing paperwork for the new unit. Not to mention, while waiting for my new trailer to be serviced and hooked up to my truck, I shopped around in the Armory. Where else can you buy a trailer and a firearm in the same building?? This was an absolutely amazing experience and gives huge shoutout to Mike and his team for hooking me up with such an amazing trailer, after my last unit was not up to my standards. Did a trade on a horse trailer through Danny and it was the easiest smoothest process. Danny was very knowledgeable and great at his job. Made the whole process seamless and easy. The origin trailer I inquired about was sold the day I inquired. Pointed me to a very comparable model that was actually even more to my liking. Marissa was first rate, answered all my questions and then some. I actually made a deal closer to home that ended up falling through. Made a bit more of a drive but honestly well worth it. I will recommend and definitely return my business there. Ps. I also purchased a new coupler lock while I was there. The gentleman that took care of me was great as well as the guys who set up the trailer on my truck.
