Couldn’t ask for a better buying experience! Sean, the sales man wasn’t the typical sales man you come across. He shows you what you say you want and is able to answer every single question you have about every unit on the lot. He doesn’t push anything on you. Super friendly and easy to talk to! I bought a used camper trailer from them and it all checked out. After I got it home I noticed a couple very minor details I had an issue with so I took it back and the next day they had it all fixed perfectly. Joe their technician, does very quality work and will do everything in his ability to give you the up most quality/ready to go camper possible. He doesn’t cut corners at all like most technicians you’ll find at dealerships. You get to talking to him for a couple minutes and he will feel like your best friend. All in all it was by far the best buying experience I’ve had. I would 110% buy from them again in a heart beat and will recommend them to anyone looking for a good priced high quality camper.
I stopped in here on a whim, thinking I might get a travel trailer in the future. Robert was extremely informative. Selection of smaller trailers wasn't great but he explained the features of all, showed me used and new and offered a great deal on a micro minnie winnebago. I couldn't pass it up so I bought it. The purchase experience was quick, they prepared the trailer quickly (2 days) and explained how to work everything when I picked it up. They had me meet the service/parts manager, Ed, and he talked about items I would need and offered them for purchase. This dealership seems truly interested in my being happy. They have all offered their assistance at any time. Since this is my first trailer, I will probably be calling! They did follow up with an email asking if I was happy with them and I gave them a resounding YES!
Could not be more pleased with service we received. Our fridge quit working in our Coach. They worked very hard to help us out and by the next day we were on our way with a new fridge. Everyone there was friendly and concerned that everything was satisfactory to us. Thanks again.
