Dropped our new camper right before Thanksgiving 2025. Today is Feb 12, 2026, and we still don't have it back. We rent a covered storage space to keep it protected from weathering, but it has been outside there the entire winter. This has obviously devalued our new camper. Such a shame. Lee's should've told us to expect this delay and had us come get our camper and bring it back after parts arrived.
Everyone was great to work with, they made buying our first camper a really great & fun experience! They literally rolled out the red carpet. Highly recommend!
We were looking for a specific used camper and Lee's country RV had it. I typically find dealing with salesmen to be very frustrating, only having their best interests in mind (making money) and knowing very little about what they are selling. Lee’s country RV is different, very different, in a good way. It's a small, family owned business that does it right! Brandon (our salesman) was knowledgeable and took the time to conduct some tests that probably only I would have cared about. Jim (the service manager) walked us through the camper when we picked it up insuring we were familiar with each detail and correcting anything that didn't work as designed. Lee's RV was not what we expected. They have raised the bar!
"After 10 years away from camping we just purchased a 2022 Cruiser Aire Travel Trailer. The experience from start to finish was wonderful. Jessica and Michael showed us many travel trailer options and eventually helped us find the one that met our needs the best. The day we picked it up we walked into the dealership to find our names on a board welcoming us to the Lee's RV Family. The friendliness and helpfulness of Tom and his staff made us feel appreciated and valued. Eric, the certified technician, that did the walk thru with us, both inside and out, was very knowledgeable and informative. We appreciated being able to video tape him as he explained important things to us so we have it for future reference. Tom is very personable, fun and easy to work with. He made sure we were happy and satisfied with everything. Zach, assisted us with purchasing some items that we needed for our travel trailer. We look forward to getting on the road, sightseeing and making some new memories with our camper. We are pleased that Lee's RV was just down the road to assist us with this process and it's nice to know they are there should we need anything in the future. "
What a great group of guys!! We were driving down the highway and had some issues with our camper. These guys had an awesome attitude and were eager to help. They got us right with no wait and even gave us tips on how to pull more effectively. They adjusted our mirrors without us even asking and that helped a ton! Crazy how small details matter! Ha. Can’t say enough great things!
