We had very good experiences with Lazydays RV Burns Harbor. I had researched RVs for over a year, and narrowed it down to them as the dealer we would visit. They are loaded with every sort of RV you can dream of, it's just a blast touring the rigs in their enormous lot! (Take a notebook with your questions, record answers, your impressions, and write down rigs you saw. This will help a lot after you go home and think about what you saw, as you decide which rig to get.) The sales team was so very good with my millions of questions. We purchased a Grand Design Imagine XLS 2022 BHE21 travel trailer and are just crazy about it! First with our purchase, the team really helped every single step of the way. Pick up day was awesome, we got quite an expert orientation to our rig. (Bring the notebook!) Then it was near closing time when it was time to hitch our new rig to our tow vehicle. We just assumed it comes with what you needed, oops! We did have a class 4 towing system, but didn't have the hitch ball thing on a bar that goes in it. They sell those but were out of stock, so Lazydays sent a staff member to another town to buy one and stayed open until he got back! I thought that was just above and beyond and appreciated it so much! It was around $30 and they did charge us for that, of course, but here they had a guy drive out to get the part and stayed until our rig was hitched and rolling out. They could have just said come back tomorrow, but they know the excitement of taking that RV with you and they made sure it went fabulous! I had new RVer questions after we went home, and the Tech Support guy was so patient , friendly and knowledgeable. Like for instance, we were powered in the driveway by battery, and TV wouldn't come on. I called - you have to use full power plugged in. Then the plug didn't fit in the garage, so I called tech support again, you need adapter for 30 Amp plug. Super cheap at Menards. You truly are not alone after your purchase, they are always there for you and they really care, no matter what you ask as you can see here. The manufacturer issued a recall on a minimal part in June, a brass fitting on the propane lines. I called Lazydays for service and they were booked way out until September 19th. When we dropped our RV off the pick up day was unknown. It took 9 days to get back. I'll just chalk that up as they are super busy. They were very professional and very nice. In conclusion, I am so delighted with this RV! It's just cute and so cool! We had great outings close to home this year due to pets, so I'm putting up our Indiana Dunes State Park pictures. It's beautiful there! Family did take it out too, to other locations. Everyone loves it! Also, ladies, you will have a great time outfitting your rig with bedding, bath, and kitchen supplies. I went retro 70s colors to make it like when I was a kid! Then there's supplies you learn about I don't remember from way back, like those orange leveling blocks, wheel chocks, outdoor rugs, etc. At the campground, we found other campers to be so friendly and willing to help newbies without asking, like when they see you backing in your lot for the first time! Well, I'm getting off track here, but I credit Lazydays with setting us on a journey of a lot of fun and great memories with the perfect RV for us! Thank you to all their staff!

Great experience, both with sales and with delivery. Our sales person (Clint) was very patient with us. We started out looking at RVs and days later, ended up deciding to get a travel trailer instead. We traded in our old travel trailer and they gave us what I think was a very good price. They also rushed delivery at our request so we could go camping for the weekend and they made it happen. :)

Scott was so helpful during the entire process! He kept in touch with me. Answered all my questions. We are so happy with our new fifth wheel and have been using it since the day we picked it up. Thank you for a great experience!

Just purchased a 2022 Class A Winnebago Adventurer from Lazydays Chicagoland, the staff was amazing! The most efficient and painless transition we’ve had with a large purchase in years. We chalk this up to excellent customer service. Thank you!

Campland really had the best prices, we looked around for months. We feel we received an exceptional value for the money, and a great camper! Clint was our associate and Amy handled the finances. Both did a really good job for us. Clint followed up with every single detail and Amy was able to "shop" around for our financing and got us a great deal. We would purchase from Campland in the future without hesitation!
