Highly recommend Kramer’s Kampers in Zion! I bought my first travel trailer from Malcolm, and he was incredibly patient—he walked me through everything I needed to know and made sure I was fully prepared and safe to head out camping. Their storage rates are also very affordable, and the in-and-out parking service is super convenient. Thank you guys!
My wife and I have owned 5 different campers, depending on our season of life! 4 of them have been purchased through Kramers. Our first Kramer Kamper we dealt with 'Mom and Dad' original owners. !!! We have since dealt with Sue, Pete and Malcom! What a great family business! Helpful, professional and fun all at the same time. When we had what we thought were terrible issues, they helped and fixed things timely and with affordable responses. THANKS for always being there! Out enjoying our camper now due to great service! Best RV center experience! We needed help to replace a damaged tire that occurred while traveling on I94, and another tire that was punctured by a screw. Furthermore, when our tire was damaged, the debris also knocked out the gate valve on our gray tank. Malcolm confirmed that they could get us in for repairs. I brought the trailer in at 9am, and everything was done by 3pm: 4 new tires, new gate valve and repacking the axles as he suggested preventative maintenance on our five-year old rig. Malcolm advised us on all suggested repairs, and we were able to continue on our camping trip after losing just the one day prior for the tire emergency on I94.
I'll give a two star review because they have a very nice showroom with nice products. But I walked in and the several staff blatantly ignored me. I walked around for over a half hour with not so much as a greeting. They seemed very nice...to other people. Thanks, KK.
Family owned and operated since 1966. This provides a more friendly, knowledge staff and they provide much more personal attention. I would recommend them to anyone seeking an RV.
