We did a lot of shopping, and we were finding very similar deals on very similar travel trailers. Our ultimate decision was largely based on which company we thought would offer the best service after the sale. The people at Kiko's in Mayflower were very down-to-earth. From shopping to signing, we never once felt pressured (unlike the vibe at a few other dealerships we visited). Cyndi, Danny, Michael, and Randy made a great team for our transaction. The other staff members were also friendly.
After buying 3 campers from Kikos I will never be back. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. The service department is a joke and the head of service does not know how to tell the truth. After more than 10 weeks at Kikos and being told our camper was fixed it actually came home worse off then how we left it. So if you want more repairs after "its fixed" then this is your place. I have referred multiple people to Kikos but this is a fair warning to stay away and find service else where.
