We had a wonderful experience purchasing our new 2026 Forest River Rockwood Ultra Light. From start to finish, the entire team was super helpful, friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. A special thanks to John Jett, who was absolutely awesome! He showed us all the campers we were interested in and never once made us feel pressured to make a decision. John was honest, straightforward, and so courteous- especially when we kept going back and forth to look at different models while trying to decide which one was right for us. His professionalism and genuine care made the process easy and enjoyable. We would also like to thank Kyle, Neal and all of the staff for such friendly service and a special thanks to the young man that did the walkthrough after the final purchase to explain everything thoroughly before taking our new camper home. We couldn’t be happier with the entire experience purchasing our 2025 Rockwood Mini Lite 2205S from Razorback Camper Sales! John Herron made us feel like one of the family from the moment we stepped into the sales office! He provided us with a very casual, highly informative, zero pressure shopping experience and a price that couldn’t be beat! When we picked up our camper, Kyle walked us through the contract and optional warranty (which we declined), which was again very straightforward and with zero pressure! Then it was outside to their covered service bay where we had a very relaxed and comprehensive walk through (Thank you John the Younger 😉!) to ensure we knew how everything works. John is awesome!!! My son and I went Thursday afternoon to look at campers and John was our guy. My son told him what he was looking for and John pointed out the ones he thought he would like. He walked around with us showing us different things and answering all of my crazy mom questions. Afterwards, he gave us space to freely walk around and look without making us feel pressured into something. Yes, he did come back and check on us here and there answering more of the mom questions. On top of answering all my crazy questions we felt like he was completely honest about everything and even pointed out of few things we didn't even notice. Finally, my son decided he had found the one! We went back to John and started all the paperwork. Today, we picked up his very first camper. My husband and I will definitely be going back when we are ready to purchase one.
Hands down a great, stress free experience purchasing a camper from Razorback. John was super helpful, answered all the questions and did not once pressure us to do something we did not want to do. He gave us the space we wanted to discuss and make the best decision for us. Kyle, Neal and Bryan were also great throughout the whole process and especially the day we came in to pick up our camper. Paperwork was ready to go, hassle free process and a great info recap/walkthrough before we drove off the lot.
