We absolutely got an amazing RV and the process was so smooth and hassle free. Everyone we came into contact with was knowledgeable, friendly and just great people. We really enjoyed being around David during the RV orientation. What a great friendly guy that was full of knowledge and experience. Had an entry door failure while on the road. Called and spoke to Steven in the service department and explained the situation and asked if they could take a look at it. We arrived about an hour later. During the drive I figured we would have to wait a while until they could squeeze us in, but to my pleasant surprise they got on it immediately. Josh had the door latch apart and soon figured out what went wrong, assuring us that it wasn’t anything we had done. They had us out of there in about a half hour from the time we arrived. I can’t thank Steven, Josh, and Dustin enough for getting us back on the road. They’re also the friendliest bunch of people you’d ever want to meet.
