This was our first RV purchasing experience. The place was nice, clean, and the staff seemed friendly. But, the finance manager wanted to close the deal even after my wife mentioned she wanted to inspect the property before we signed. To our regret, we signed and no one informed us before the purchase, that the radio displayed was not working properly, until the technician (who was very kind) told us about it during the tutorial walk through. My wife emailed the store manager (who was also our sales person) to see if they are going to fix it but no response yet and it’s been over week since the purchase. I’ve also emailed the manager and no one has reached out to me. I will update should anything change.

I notice that the people that give them 4 and five stars have not had to return their camper for warranty work. Their service after the sale is terrible and there is no quality control. Bought a 2023 Apex, and it is nice, but had a few things that needed to be repaired. The table was rubbing against the glass in the window. The slide emergency crank was disconnected, and the toilet was leaking. It took 4 months for these repairs to be made. They replaced a valve in the toilet, and it leaks intermittently now. The table was replaced with a new to get it off the glass window. The emergency slide crank was connected. During this time, a made several calls asking about the status. Sometimes they would say that someone would call back, they would not. Other times they would say waiting on parts. When I went to pick it up, they tried to charge me for the diagnosis on what I thought was a water leak under the shower. They changed their mind when they saw the look on my face. My daughter also bought a camper from them, and they have had it in for minor warranty work for a month now. Will not answer or return her calls and have blocked her from messaging them through FB messenger.

Outstanding service, for my camper, that I didn't buy from there. Took great care of us and helped us with the insurance process on the eligible damage. Props to Chris, Cody and Melony. They've gained some new customers!

Would give 0/5 stars if it let me! NEVER, EVER do business at Kiko's (now Fun Town RV). We should of left before signing the paperwork, but they had the model I wanted. After calling the week before to set up a pick up time, we arrived to nothing ready to go (had to wait a few hours), and we were ignored the from the moment we walked in the door. We also wasn't told about broken things on this brand new camper (we had only seen it online, bc we live 7 hours away), but we're assured the 90 day warranty would cover everything. We dropped it off July 20th for all the repairs...multiple cabinet doors had fallen off, 2 swollen trim boards, trim pieces had fallen off, cracked shower wall, broken murphy bed board, and outside kitchen door had fallen off. A month goes by without a word, we started calling then. We were originally told all the warranties were approved and they were waiting on parts. Another month goes by and we called a few different times (they never called us), and was told they were still working on it. Now past the 2 month mark and we can't get in touch with anyone!!!! No one told us they were selling Kikos (found out through Facebook)! Finally found someone to respond after calling around, we were told it was done and we could come get it. WELL it was not!!!! My husband arrived after driving 7 hours to day before, spending the night in a hotel, just to find only half the repairs were done!!!! DO NOT trust these people with anything!!!! Now we're past the 90 days and will have to come out of pocket to fix things that should of been fixed!!!!

Awesome experience! Kiko's has made the buying experience easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend! I am going to have amend my review. As previously stated the buying process was easy and rather trouble free, but hen I picked up my brand new camper I reported to the dealership, the very same day, that one of the pass-through doors was missing a tumbler for the lock. That was 3 weeks ago and every time I call they act like it's a new issue and no-one knows anything about it. I've sent pictures, went to the dealership to discuss and gave them my key number so they could get me a new lock or latch. This is getting ridiculous! Buying experience their a 4, service after the sale a 1.
