Today we looked at and purchased a RV at Ketelsen Rv in DeSoto. The entire staff from the shop to the finance department was very helpfully and professional. The salesman Scott M was awesome to work with. He communicated well, responded to our needs and questions about the RV and even asked us to text him when we got home so he knew we made it home safely. He made this purchase very easy and is a great asset to their team as well. Thanks Ketelsen RV. We will be back!!!
Purchased a new Alliance trailer late Dec and very happy with the overall experience. Scott from sales was great to deal with and no pressure sells which we admire the most. Troy in finance was very honest answering question about some of the adds. Service department had been great answering question I might have. Overall we are really impressed with the customer service after the sale and when we are ready to purchase again they will be the only dealer we visit.
Awesome job by all! From the inspection with Elijah, financing with Troy, and all-around service with our salesman, Andre. I highly recommend Ketelsen. They even re-inpescted our brand new camper AFTER we did the walk through, and found a small leak and repaired it. They really make sure everything is perfect!
