I recently purchased a used 2024 Heartland Pioneer BH270 from the dealer in Lexington, SC. Jordan & Taylor were a marvelous team! Neither treated me with anything short of respect! Even when she made an inadvertent error she was quick to own it and we laughed about it. Finance was an easy process that was mostly completed online. Taylor quickly got me on my way and even handled out of state registration with confidence and ease. A bonus surprise was Chris’ RV class. Chris expertly walked me through every aspect of my RV and even shared some VERY important tips. The BIGGEST part of owning ANY motorhome is 'SERVICE'!!!!! EXCELLENT Service Team!! (Tamala Service Leader, Matthew - Service Advisor, Scott - Service Technican) Serviced my Holiday Rambler Vacationer through several major repairs including busted hot water heater and thermostat replacement. It's A 'BIG' deal!! They collectively worked together ensuring my motorhome repair service was 'Top Of The Line' from start to finish. Matthew (Service Advisor) scheduled my service swiflty and coordinated with the RV One Complete Warranty company to ensure I received proper coverge for any parts/labor. Scott (Service Tech - inspected and ensured the correct diagnosis and repair was conducted), Tamala - Service Leader, ensured my overall service was to my satisfaction and to standard. Bipin was an excellent salesperson. He has great personality and listened to what I needed. I was thoroughly impressed with his knowledge of all the campers. By far the best experience we have had. Amanda, Travis, and Taylor were all super to work with, not pushy at all, dealt with allllll my questions and concerns, and we're beyond accommodating. Logan is really happy that he decided to upgrade. He traded in his brand new 32 ft Veranda for this beautiful used but new to him 42 ft 5th wheel. It is such a gorgeous rig and the layout is so unique. Thank y'all for everything!
