Once They Have Your Money, They’re Done With You My parents bought a brand-new camper from this dealership, and the experience after delivery has been absolutely unacceptable. The camper was poorly assembled and had issues immediately, despite being new and under warranty. Since delivery, the dealership has been nearly impossible to reach. Phone calls go unanswered. Messages are ignored. Follow-ups lead nowhere. What’s most frustrating is that they have failed to arrange any service or send a representative to inspect or address the damage, even though this should have been covered under warranty. There has been no urgency, no accountability, and no effort to stand behind the product they sold. This feels like a classic case of taking the money and disappearing once the sale is complete. A camper is a major investment, and customers deserve support after delivery—not silence. If you’re considering purchasing from this dealership, be aware: customer service appears to end the moment the paperwork is signed. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere unless you’re comfortable being left on your own with problems on a brand-new unit.

I bought a really nice fifth wheel from Jerry’s campers and trailers and they found a slide issue before I took it home. The issue was labor intensive but they fixed this issue at no cost and did an outstanding professional job of it. Plus fixed a few other items for me at no cost. Can’t thank Monte enough for what he did!!! I will be back to Jerry’s when I I buy my next camper in the future. Thank you to Monte and the crew who did the work awesome job!!!
