Great guy! Tim in finance is straight forward honest and negotiations was extremely easy and fair. I recommend as you will know yourself it’s a great bunch.
Joe Kutchta at Leach’s was so knowledgeable and helpful for helping us find the right camper. He listened to what we wanted and helped us pick the perfect unit. The finance department did a great job working with us to get the payment and term that were right for us. After the purchase, a service representative walked us through all the functions and operations of our new camper and answered any questions we had. Overall, this was one of the easiest and most comfortable purchases we have ever made.
Attempted to contact the Sales Manager on two separate occasions to inquire about either selling my RV Trailer to the Dealership or on a Consignment basis. The Manager did not answer the phone so left messages, the Manager did not return my calls. I guess they either had enough units to sell or had enough customers that the Manager did not deem it necesary to call me back. When we bought the unit from them originaly three years ago the experience was very good, what a difference three years makes.
We are so happy with our Keystone Hideout! It's a very good fit for us and easy to handle! Our salesman Art was fantastic! Our walk-through specialist Brian made it so easy to understand down to every detail. The best part, we can call and/or come back anytime we have questions (which I've done by the way) and they are ready to help, always. Thanks Leach's for the great experience!
