Bought a unit from them at the Omaha Boat Sports and Travel Show. Went to other dealers there to see comparable models. Couldn’t find another dealer with a price that was close! Quick and easy dealing with them. Pick the unit up from them the same week. They went over the unit from top to bottom with me to make sure I was comfortable with it. Our salesperson (Christian) went above and beyond with the little extra perks that he had promised us. I had a little problem with their message/voice mail system as everything was tagged as a “sales lead.” Once I contacted Christian my issues were resolved. I will definitely give them the first chance for my business when we are ready for the next unit!
A year after purchase, and this was a great experience. All staff from managment down to our salesman Vern were straight forward and pleasant. They were upfront about everything, gave me thousands more for my trade than any other place in town, while giving me a price on my new unit that beat most nationwide. Held my new unit in their storage for free for a few months till I was able to secure my own storage and get a new towing vehicle, and assisted with some minor issues at no charge. Wouldn't hesitate to use again.
The people here are wonderful to work with. Our salesperson Verne was very attentive to what I We were looking for in a camper and we found it on the 2nd one we looked at. And it was freezing outside that day🥶 but he made sure we were getting what we wanted. And our finance guy Ryan was knowledgeable and personable and made the signing go so smooth. AC Nelsen will definitely have our business for years to come!
More than happy with the communication, service and fair price and trade in for our 5th wheel. Verne was instrumental in making sure we were happy with our purchase and the techs made sure we understood the new travel trailer systems and how to operate them.
