I had a fantastic buying experience with Matthew Fritsch. I wasn't sure I was going to be buying a new truck until the day I bought it. Matt reached out to me after I expressed interest in a 2026 Sierra Elevation. He was very straightforward and honest through the buying process. I was never pressured to buy, was a relaxed experience overall.
Highly recommend Clay Brown as a service representative. Cheerful, kind, considerate, respectful. He treated everyone else he interacted with the same way . He was very helpful in resolving my issues. He worked well with Ryland, a fellow service rep who also did a great job of helping me out. Holman Motors has a wonderful team and I highly recommend them!!
I was pleasantly surprised by the responsiveness of the sales consultant to my questions which began with an online query as to what trucks were available. There was never any pressure, manipulation,or sales gimmicks which I have experienced elsewhere. Based upon that initial query, I traveled to the showroom, met the man who had been so helpful online and with many telephone calls and we completed the entire sales process quite easily. The consultant, dealership and finance office were wonderful. Highly recommended.
