This is our 2nd time buying from Summit. It's been a smooth process each time. Caitlin was our sales person this time and she made the entire process wonderful. Carol in financing was wonderful as well. I'm glad we chose to return and stay close to home.

Very mediocre place. We went in with our hearts on buying an RV. Our sales woman was nice but not very knowledgeable nor convincing- very passive and not engaged. We ultimately googled the models we were interested in. The waiting time from paperwork to pickup was excessive (2+ weeks). Fast forward about 6 months and our brand new camper is having electrical issues. We suspected a bad battery or power converter. We got the battery tested at a nearby parts store and it had a bad cell. No big deal - batteries sometimes are defective. We called Summit and they said we could bring in the battery to get tested and replaced under warranty or wait until NOVEMBER (5 months) to get the converter tested. I called to ask the process for warranty replacement for the battery and they said it took an hour to test it. Excessive again bc it took 2 mins Napa, but fine. I brought in the battery and stood there for 35 mins before they took it to test. I got pushback when I tried to leave bc I had my kids and didn’t want to wait there. Finally left, waited two hours with no call and they said it normally takes 8 hours to charge and test. Again, I told them it had a bad cell and wouldn’t charge no matter how long they charge it for. I pushed for a new battery and they finally ceded and gave me a new battery. 3 HOURS LATER. I asked several times for a receipt or something to prove the date of the new battery anticipating another possible issue, which I ultimately never got. The parts/service people are rude and clearly don’t actually *care*. Love my new Jayco RV but would not recommend Summit to get one.
Our sales representative Jessica was very knowledgeable. She answered all our questions. She was very patient and allowed us to spend all the time we needed in each unit. Savannah and the service technician who walked through all the features and maintenance were so professional and personable. The parts department and our service technician went above and beyond to make sure our camera system worked. They even checked after we were home to make sure everything was satisfactory. This was our second purchase from Summit RV and we have always had a good experience.
