Big shout out to Greenlawn RV! We live in the Virgin Islands but come to Ohio to visit family every few months. We were wanting a camper so we could do some more traveling with our 3yo son while we are here. Jeff was such a great person to work with. He was very helpful with any questions we had through the whole process from finding the right camper for us, to keeping us updated with things as they were happening! He was very personable and we enjoyed working with him! Toby and the rest of his crew were amazing at going over all the functions and features of our camper. They were ready to answer any questions we had and made sure we felt comfortable and satisfied with everything before pulling off the lot. Make sure to throughly inspect their used units. Black tank valve doesn’t work and was a nice surprise to take the cap off and have a ton of the previous owners poop go everywhere. Clearly the blank tank was never emptied or the dump valves checked. I was specifically told I had to come back a couple days later to pick up my unit because they would inspect everything and make sure everyone worked prior to me taking delivery. Guess I shouldn’t have trusted them.

I drove over 6 hours from Gettysburg PA with my fingers crossed that the toy hauler would be everything I was promised. When I arrived, I met Toby whose straightforward, no-nonsense attitude immediately gave me confidence. His pride and honesty stood out from the start. Sure enough, during the walkthrough of our long-anticipated toy hauler, all of my worries melted away and the excitement set in. The unit was exactly as Greenlawn had described. No surprises, nothing hidden. Danielle had already gone above and beyond before my arrival, sending pictures, emails, and video calls to show me every detail. Meeting her in person confirmed what I already knew: she’s a true professional and an absolute sweetheart. She didn’t just hand things off, she made sure every connection and setup detail was handled, making us feel valued and cared for. From start to finish, my experience with Greenlawn was nothing but enjoyable and exciting. This family-owned business operates with integrity, honesty, and pride. Nothing shady or suspicious with this dealer like many others I have dealt with in the past. I’ll gladly recommend them to anyone looking for a camper.

We bought our FR Vibe. We just completed our first camp and on the return trip our Bluetooth. brake controller I just could not get it to work. Called service and talked to Toby! Man he walked me right through it and remotely diagnosed a vent pen on our 7 way. Got that moved back in place and the brake is working! These folks are awesome to work with! Tony took the time to talk to me not at me and guide me to fix my problem! Thank You Toby for being customer service focused! Our furnace is out we are trying to stay warm with small heaters. They sent a company out said unit out back was junk, needed replaced with a new unit! They are avoiding the problem Maybe a lawyer might help 🤬
