Everyone is very friendly and helpful. They explain everything during the sale. If any warranty work needs done they go through what they are doing and communicate with you along the way so you are always updated.
I recently moved from Hawaii to the Des Moines area. I wanted to buy locally, but I did a lot of pricing research before I reached out to Good Life. Once I felt like I knew a good pricing range for the RV I was interested in I called them and began discussions. I’m 39 years old and have moved all over the country in the military. I have bought and sold over a dozen cars, 3 boats, and now two campers. Out of all those transactions this was hands down my best experience. “Iowa nice” is a thing and the customer service exceeded all of my expectations. They helped me get my tow vehicle setup, they helped us when we landed at the airport, and they helped us get the RV to our nearest campground. I can only comment on my personal experience. Went to look at purchasing a new RV, prices seemed reasonable, their allowance for my trade in was unbelievably and unacceptably low. It was a waste of time to stop. I will not return and obviously not going to recommend them. Drove a few miles and found a much better RV dealership to deal with.
