🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟, this place is fantastic. If I could give it 10 stars I would. This is my first 5th wheel I have ever purchased. So I was a little apprehensive but everyone here treated me very respectful and courteous, like family. Everyone from the receptionist to the main manager. PJ was my salesman, he was fantastic, I told him everything I needed and was wanting in a 5th wheel and he showed me exactly what was the best choice for me and my needs without too much walking around. Answered all my questions, walked through the whole 5th wheel with me several times I might add. Was extremely patient with me. The paperwork was smooth and everyone from Kelli the finance persons to the salesman on the floor super respectful and just felt like the place where I wanted to give them my business. If you need a camper, 5th wheel or RV give PJ a call he will treat you with utmost respect and trust me great price too. Tell him you love his socks and he will do anything for you. Thank you Gerzeny staff for making my purchase such a great experience, I will be back when I retire to get another bigger RV.

My husband and I just purchased a 2026 Leisure Travel Van Unity 24TB. The entire process was wonderful. Our salesman Joe was the absolute best. He was patient, knowledgeable, kind and non pushy. All great qualities. He allowed us all the time we needed to make this important financial decision. We cannot recommend him enough. After purchase we spent almost three hours with Dave from the service department where he explained everything about the coach. No rushing, just solid information, answering all of our many questions with ease and kindness. All in all, our experience with Gerzeny’s R.V. World in Nokomis was a super positive one. Mike made buying our first RV a pleasure. He is very knowledgeable and handles things very professionally. Never felt pressured to buy anything at all. He was happy to show us all of the units we wanted to see - and there were several. Service after the sale has been excellent as well. So far, our experience at this dealer with Mike, the finance manager, and the service department has been great!

I love my RV; the layout is good, and the price is fair. That's about the end of my praise. I have a tight working schedule, so I made a specific appointment time on the one day I could do it and emphasized that multiple times, and it was still put in wrong in the books. Due to this, when I did the walk-in with my service tech, the trailer was not cleaned yet before it was to be delivered. Additionally, the service guy that did the walk-through that was supposed to show me how everything worked told me multiple times to look it up on Youtube, and I just feel that he was a bit condescending, instead of informative. I know I'm not knowledgeable on this subject because it's my first time, but I still deserve to be treated like an adult. Moving on, I understand that the delivery service they provided is technically a separate entity, however, I'm still including this in my review because I paid Gerzeny's RV World directly for the delivery service. While I understand the area we were trying to fit the RV into was extremely tight, and that there were a lot of obstacles, that does not excuse the fact that the delivery driver damaged our property running over our water meter which we told him about multiple times. And in the end, we had him leave because he had already given up, and I wanted to prevent more damage to the property. Additionally, while trying to fit the RV into our desired area, he complained because "it was supposed to be a quick job" and that he doesn't normally work Sundays. At no point did we specify that it was a quick job and on top of that, it's not my fault that he agreed to work on this day when I had another day available for him to come. Finally, it's been over a week since the RV has been delivered and I have still not received the keys to the front door. It was supposed to be given to the delivery driver, but it was not. Then I was told it was coming in the mail, and it's been a week since then of checking the mail every day and nothing so far. I confronted the salesman who told me he mailed it, asking about the status and he simply responded, "We mailed it last week." I responded again, explaining the situation and now I've been left on read for 24 hours. It's unprofessional and honestly a little ridiculous. I decided to go through a dealership. I wanted things to be done right, because I didn't want to deal with issues like this. I paid a lot of money for the RV and the fees included when you buy at a dealership, which wouldn't have bothered me if things were done correctly. While I understand that mistakes happen, that they were busy, etc. It doesn't excuse what happened. Especially when it's multiple instances like this, and I'm paying them for this service. I didn't just pay for an RV, I paid for the benefits of buying through a dealership, which unfortunately was not what it should have been. All in all, although I did find an RV that I liked, I just can't excuse the way I was treated and the lack of professionalism.

Shane in the Parts department gets a 5 star review from me. We have a Leisure Traavel Van and needed a part that only could come from the factory. He found and ordered the correct part and within a short period of time we had the new part. HOWEVER as it turned out the factory made a very similar part but NOT the correct one. Shane got the correct part manufactured for us in a short amount of time and we now are HAPPY CAMPERS. Thanks for great service Shane.
