Amazing group of professionals who know how to do their job well! They treat customers right and take care or unexpected surprises. For the sake of privacy I won’t mention any names, just the titles. On Hershey RV Show General RV salesman sold us a 2025 Winnebago View 24D - an impossible task in my opinion. Me and my wife came prepared NOT to buy anything. General RV team made it irresistible and super easy. During the next week finance rep did an excellent job shopping for the lowest financing rate (no other lender came close). He also made a lot of work preparing registration paperwork, dealing with multiple states bureaucracies and time constraints. He had spent a lot of effort explaining us all the complexities of extended warranty. At the end his effort made a huge difference - we bought all the warranty products he had. And there were no surprises in numbers the likes you see at car dealerships. Insurance lady gave us a great Progressive quote that we couldn’t get ourselves. She prepared all the paperwork. By the time we came to Wayland, MI (a week later) to pickup the vehicle everything was ready. We were treated literally as VIPs. Our walkthrough was super straightforward but as thorough and transparent as we wanted. Our lack of knowledge about RV industry lead to a surprise that could break the deal, but general manager came to the rescue and saved the day keeping us happy. Parts department helped us get a few essentials for our long trip home. At the closing another finance rep showed us exceptional professionalism, dealing with two very tired customers well after closing time. At the end of the day we’ve hit the road on our 1200 miles trip to Houston and loved it! The vehicle was great and in two nights and two days we were home. General RV Center has an awesome team! General RV was a great place to work with today. From first talking to Brian and he referring me to Tristan, Because he was out of town. I can’t say anything good enough, except everyone there that I worked with was amazing. From Brian to Tristan to the sales manager and the financial person, they made it extremely easy for me to purchase a trailer. Tristan showed me a few trailers and gave me a great deal on the one I wanted.I would give General RV and their employees all five stars. We recently purchased a Grand Design Imagine 3100RD from General RV in Wayland, and my husband and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience! There was never any pressure, just genuine guidance and a great advice throughout the process. John Taylor, the Business Manager, made everything smooth and stress-free, answering all of our questions and walking us through the paperwork with clarity and patience. Paul, did an amazing job with our walk through and was very understanding about us taking our time to look at everything in the trailer and asking questions. This is our third time experiencing buying a trailer from General RV in Wayland and it definitely won’t be our last. If you’re ever looking for a dealership that treats you with respect and really knows their stuff I can’t recommend General RV in Wayland highly enough!
