This is my fourth trailer I’ve bought, but my first time at fun town rv. I worked with Jeremy and I couldn’t be happier how easy he made things! Communication was spot on, and all questions were answered. They also worked with me big time on pushing my hitch install up a day and trailer pick up so I could make it to a job! Jeremy and Artie in the finance department thank you, definitely my go to dealer now!!
I don't do a lot of reviews, as I don't buy from dealers often. However, the people at FunTown RV did such a find job, that I felt compelled to write about it. Brian, my sales guy, was quick to respond when I reached out, provided plenty of information and worked me a really nice deal. Joel, my service tech, worked diligently to give me the best camper I could get. The walk through was informative and fun. I'd highly recommend FunTown RV if you are in the market for an RV. Especially if you like a casual, friendly, and no hassle experience.

Warning this is a long review. My wife and I recently purchased a 2021 Palamino Columbus 1492 at FunTown RV. Just picked it up this last weekend and brought it down to Texas. Our Sales Rep Jeremy whom we met about a year ago when this process started was very good at answering the questions that we've had along the way. My wife is a Scientist, so she is very good at research and checking everything thoroughly when buying something. Jeremy has received many phone calls over the last year and answered the questions he knew the answers to, or researched and found the answers to the ones he didn't. We finally decided on the RV that we wanted a little over a month ago. We then were introduced to Daron the GM and Artie, the finance manager. Over the last month, I have reached out to Artie on multiple occasions to inquire about the camper (specs) and finance questions. He has always been gracious and more than willing to take the time to go over anything that I needed. Did the walkthrough on Saturday when we picked the RV up and other than a few minor issues which were addressed, everything went smoothly. Hauled the camper down to Texas on Sunday and go to set it up. Had a couple of issues once I went to do this. (I'm not going to get into what happened, because it's not important for this review.) Unfortunately, being Sunday, RV stores are closed including FunTown. Monday morning first thing, I reached out to Artie and let him know what was going on. He responded quickly and told me to give him a minute. 10 minutes later, I received a call from Daron. He was genuinely upset that I was going through this, but made me feel very comfortable that it would all be resolved. Multiple phone calls through out the day confirming information and working out logistics. This morning had a local technician meet me at my RV. Everything is right as rain now! I can't speak highly enough about Artie, but Daron really proved that some people still care about the customer and that you're not just a number. He grabbed the bull by the horns and got it done! No hesitation, no blame games, no excuses, just results and a sincere apology. This really could have turned out negatively, but thanks to Daron, it not only turned out positively, it showed me where I will continue to take my business in the future. Thanks!
