Was able to get a water leak fixed here very quickly with the service department on 12/23. RV is being used and Jimmy said they should be able to fix it same day. All staff were friendly and helpful. Pickup was a bit confusing as the doors and Website indicated the Service Dept closes at 6pm. No local answer to phone when I called to check status at 4:30. The Main Number Operator tried without success and recommended I drive over. I arrived at 5:30 and the Service Dept was closed. A sales employee informed me that Service closes at 5pm. He made a few calls to get me my trailer. New to RVing I had a bit of difficulty hitching up and connecting. When I attempted to drive out the gates were closed/locked and I couldn’t find anyone. I called Tech Support who got ahold of the General Manager. He gave me access to unlock the lot gate and get out. He stayed on the phone with me until I was safely back in my vehicle as I had parked roadside to close & lock the gate. Everyone was helpful with getting everything fixed and saving us from needing to find a hotel overnight.
Great experience at FunTown. Sara listened to why we were buying an RV. What features were most important and our price range. We toured more than a few models. After leaving, Sara contacted us that she had found a trailer at another location. It was exactly what we were looking for and now we own that RV
