My recent experience with Foley RV with Ron and Ashley has been very positive. They had the part in stock I needed and descibed how easy it was to replace this part in my Airstream. It was shipped to me the next day. The service department has always been helpful and efficient and I consider them to be the best in the U.S.
Foley RV's service advisor Michelle, parts manager Ashley and technician Vinny recently took care of a brake problems on my Airstream. They worked with the axle manufacturer before, during and after the holidays, taking all steps required of them by the manufacturer, to get to the root cause of the brake lock up problem. They patiently took my calls and updated me during what turned out to be a long process. Michelle sent me pictures, and with Vinny conference called with me explaining the detailed steps they were having to go through. I could not have asked for a better company to do business with and highly recommend Foley for your Airstream service needs. When you walk in the door receptionist Darlinda welcomes you, and usually along with Ashley too, they make sure your needs are attended to. I thank everyone at Foley for their professionalism and transparency during this service process. Thanks again !
