We have now purchased 2 sprint car trailers from Chad, one was a Bravo and the second an Intech. Both times we were very well taken care of, and trailer quality is phenomenal. Flying A knows racing, so it was a blast to bounce ideas off of them as we laid out the new trailer design. Their facilities are top notch, service is fast and professional, and I will definitely purchase my next trailer there too!
I recently worked with Chad at Flying A to purchase a 2025 Renegade, and the entire experience was absolutely seamless. From the initial build process to financing and final delivery, Chad went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly and correctly. We have purchased a bunch of different motorhomes, toterhomes, trucks and trailers for racing and have had varying levels of competence on the other end. Our original and until recently favorite sales guy retired and everyone since has been somewhat difficult if not downright frustrating to deal with. That said, we haven't had any loyalty to anyone since late 2020. Luckily for us, we finally bought something from Chad and Flying A and he is just as good, if not better, than the dealer we miss. His response time is beyond impressive and I am not entirely sure he sleeps. He worked through the myriad of questions and indecisiveness that we sadly brought to the table, some 100 or so long email chain, without issue and was instrumental in everything he did from timeline to the delivered product. Our order came in a little early, it was inspected by him after Renegade sent it, and he checked in on our driver as he made the trip cross country, the last bit of human interaction specifically we have never experienced from a dealership to date. We had some questions after our unit arrived and he was still quick to respond and very helpful as he had been which is a huge relief that he didn't die off once the deal was done. Beyond the top level customer service, his pricing was great and he worked with us to provide easy financing options. We already sent him a couple of our friends for new custom stacker trailers and we'll be buying another trailer from him shortly too. Thanks to everyone at Flying A!
