I cannot say enough good things about Blue Compass RV in Goldsby, Oklahoma. I came in stuck in a really bad situation, and this team genuinely went above and beyond to help me and take the weight off my shoulders. Carl Cobb (Finance Manager) worked hard to make the numbers work and explained everything clearly without any pressure. This is the most unprofessional sexist place I have ever dealt with! My girlfriend called to get a link sent to her phone so we could take a look at some options. Nothing was ever sent to her, but as soon as I call, they send the links very quickly. Every time I answered the phone for one of these salesman from this dealership I was interrupted! If you’re talking on the phone and somebody interrupts you, that is extremely unprofessional. If you’re calling me to ask me a question you don’t let me answer the question I feel as if you do not care about me and what I need from the buying process!! We ended up buying a 33 foot prowler bumper pull From a place called RV outlet in Tulsa, Oklahoma! We are extremely happy with the process, the people, and the sheer quickness of our purchase from RV outlet of Tulsa!

I had been researching different RV's and had decided that I wanted an Alliance. My first experience with Blue Compass was at a different dealership in Texas and it didn't go well so I left a bit frustrated. I decided to try another dealership so I made the trip to this one and initally it seemed like it might be a repeat just different circumstances. Dustin Works is the General Manager at this Blue Compass dealership, I didn't ask for him but somehow he was made aware that Iess than happy so Dustin said that I had his full attention and wanted to know how we could make things right. I explained what had happened at the previous dealership in Texas and that coming to his dealership was a much longer drive and that I was just disappointed and why. He said he understood and from that moment on, Dustin, the General mgr, Jackie, the sales mgr. and Greg, the new salesman worked with me in every way possible to give me the amount of money I wanted for my trade in and then Dustin and his entire staff went above and beyond to get me into the Alliance RV I wanted and at the right price for me.
