We rented the El Monte Class C Family Sleeper (30-32 ft) for our 10 day Thanksgiving vacation trip to the national parks in Death Valley, Zion, Sedona, and Joshua Tree. We were super happy with the El Monte experience from booking, over pick up, to returning the RV. The website, with the comparison of the different vehicle classes, as well as and in particular, the educational videos, explaining the interior and exterior of the different vehicles, was super helpful in guiding us through the vehicle selection and preparing us for the trip. The booking engine was straightforward and helped us to make the right choices. We did originally not book the insurance, but then with more research, found that neither our car insurance, nor the credit card insurance package would be covering any incidents with an RV. Considering the potential cost of an accident or damage to the RV itself, we decided to take the full comprehensive coverage to have peace of mind. You can add the insurance during pick up, if you’re not ready to take the decision in the booking process. Picking up the RV, we were positively surprised by how new - 2025 model with just 20,000 miles - and clean it was. We were well prepared for the pick up, having watched the instructional video online, but nevertheless super thankful for the very thorough, structured, and fun introduction by their customer representative Milan. Even though I had driven vehicles larger than 30 feet before, it gave additional comfort and confidence to receive Milan’s instructions before going on the trip. The experience throughout the trip was very relaxed. The vehicle has everything on board that you typically need. The one thing I would recommend to take along, and which we didn’t have, is a pliers, which would’ve come handy occasionally for connecting the freshwater pipe. And of course, you should take rubber gloves for connecting the sewage pipe. Returning the vehicle was again a very relaxed and friendly process. We strongly recommend the Drop & Go option, which is great, if you don’t want to spend your last day cleaning the RV. For the return you should bring 15 to 20 minutes, as they need to cross check the vehicle, the various fuel tanks and they will thoroughly doublecheck that you didn’t leave anything inside. We paid a little extra for running over the pre-booked mileage and for propane, but that was expected. They had told us before that their propane prices should be the same as we would’ve paid elsewhere, therefore we did not top up propane before returning the vehicle. Overall, I rate El Monte 5 stars for the transparency, quality and cleanliness of the vehicle, and friendliness of their people. The two suggestions I would have for improvement are a) to be a bit more generous for running over on mileage, and b) consider adding pliers to the vehicle. ;-)

This is the 4th time we rented an RV from El Monte RV and have been very satisfied and delighted with their Vehicles as much as their service. Each one of their RV's were really good, spacious, in great condition , came with a fully stocked kitchen appliances & cutlery ( which saved us the hassle of packing kitchen wares with us). We rented a size 30 RV this time and it was in a very good condition , very spacious and with good amount of moving space ( even without the slide out expanded). There was a good amount of cabinets, drawers, storage space. The RV also came with a big TV ( which we used as a smart TV using our own HDMI cables and connections, spacious refrigerator, freezer, gas with burners and a microwave. While giving us a demo of the RV, Milan Gandhi was very helpful, went through each and every feature of the RV at length & very meticulously and also made sure to promptly resolve some minor functionality in the RV that was noticeable to us. Great Service and Customer interaction by Mr Gandhi ! Overall, it has been a great and satisfying experience everytime we rented an RV from the business and will come back to them again !!

We rented an RV from El Monte RV Dublin for our 5-night trip, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The RV was very clean and well-maintained, and we had no issues at all while driving or during the trip. Mr. Milan, who assisted us during pickup, was extremely friendly and informative. He explained everything clearly and patiently—even our kids learned how to handle things inside the RV, which made the trip much easier for all of us. The front desk staff was also very friendly and welcoming. The drop-off process was very convenient and smooth. Overall, a great experience, and we would definitely rent from El Monte RV Dublin again.
