After a complete nightmare experience at Camping World—where they destroyed my vehicle, claimed to fix things they didn’t, and kept my RV for over two months—I was desperate for real help. Enter Ray and Jen in the service department. These two, along with their incredible team, took my RV in and had it completely fixed in less than a week! Everything was redone perfectly—the weather stripping is flawless, everything looks and works like brand new, and the service was impeccable. Their honesty, professionalism, and skill are unmatched. I genuinely wish I had found them sooner because I will never take my RV anywhere else again. If you need repairs, maintenance, or just an RV service team you can truly trust, look no further. Super nice people! Unfortunately we didn’t understand that we had to source our own refrigerator to replace our Norcold 1200 that went out because they felt they weren’t going to make enough profit on it to spend anytime looking for one. We are not specialist on replacement refrigerators and felt we needed more guidance than they would give us. We ended up driving 400 miles away to Redlands RV and we were treated like gold. Probably a good place for an oil change or something simple. Just an honest opinion on my end.

One star isn't low enough..... ..... When me and my hubby go to look for cars homes or in this case an RV the one thing that will guarantee us a buy is customer service. If you can't do that we are automatically shopping elsewhere. Today was one of those days unfortunately. We were approached by a sales associate who said what are you looking for and what car is yours, and what's the towing capacity my husband and I looked at each other and we're a bit thrown off, my husband then replied 20,000 tow ,sales said for that no your looking at maybe 13,000 tow and took it upon himself to lean in the bed of our truck and say yah no not that high of a tow capacity, at that point we wanted to leave because we just bought the Chevy Silverado 2500 HD with a 6.6 Duramax. With Alot of care into what we were buying 3 months ago. This guy didn't even listen or care to hear how many people were in our familyOr to find out what accomodations we might need to apply to the RV as my husband is a disabled veteran or what later needs would be for how many people could fit in the RV. He immediately went to the small ones and wouldn't consider showing us a big one. Or the actual one our truck can pull. Very disappointed as a first time RV buyer we will be going somewhere else, and will not recommend this place to anyone.

We were shopping pre-owned inventory and on the fence between a Class B or C. Art Hawkins at Happy Daze RV gave us the education we needed to be savvy shoppers. His care and customer service is 100% appreciated and we hope to send business his way. While our purchase ended up at another dealer who happened to have the unit we were looking for, if we do this in the future we wouldn’t hesitate to give a call here again.

I will never take my trailer to another shop again. I have had my travel trailer for a year and a half and it was over due for some repairs. I brought it into Happy Daze and met Amy the Service Manager and her staff. She literally walked me through all the repairs the trailer needed ( most I had no clue about). I had taken it to another shop a few days before because of some vandalism repairs but the quote for the other repairs were way over priced. Amy and her team did great work and actually finished the job in way less time than I expected. Great work, fair prices and amazing staff. You can't go wrong with this place.
