If you don't like having to walk around with a salesperson in your face, THIS RV SHOWROOM IS NOT FOR YOU. Rude and very unprofessional service. Husband and I saw the Tiffin Midas at this dealership on the web and drove and hour and a half to see it in person and look at a few others. We have owned multiple RVs both motorized and towable and currently own a Class B+ Coachman Concord 300DS that we are considering downsizing. This Midas seemed to fit the bill at only 25 ft. When we arrived at the showroom, there were many men standing at the entrance waiting on "customers" to arrive just chit chatting. Steve began conversation and we informed him that we were there to look, have lots of RV experience, and would appreciate it if we could just look around without a salesman as we didn't need the information and would seek him directly out when we had questions. He led us to the Tiffan Midas area and let us be coming back about 15 mins or so in but nearby. We decided to look at a couple more models and exited that area to walk to them when a new salesman approached us. As we walked into another model, he asked if we were doing ok and we replied yes. He then said who were we working with and we said Steve. We explained that we were looking at these models and Steve had been kind enough to let us be while looking and that we would get back with him with questions. My husband added, if this is a problem, then we will leave. This salesman, I did not get his name unfortunately, 6 ft about 180 to 190 lbs, darker hair and beard, maybe late 30s early 40s, informed that we could not be in their showroom without a salesman because INSURANCE does not allow it. My husband said, ok we will leave however we had been planning to purchase from this location but not now. The salesman said again that their insurance requires them to be with customers, "in case we fell." My husband who is 6'1" said it wouldn't matter if they were there or not, that if he fell, this person could not have prevented it. He said well someone from the company would have needed to witness it." He got aggressively louder as we were leaving the showroom and threw his arms up as he walked towards the rest of the salesman. My husband and he exchanged a few more words and we walked out of the showroom. So all in all, unless you want to have to walk around with a salesman in your ear and not allowing you the privacy to discuss or check things out on your own, DO NOT GO HERE!! I would give this place a ZERO if I could just for this salesman alone! HUGE PASS La Mesa RV West Sacramento. No Thank You if this is your policy.

First impression just walking into the sales center was one of awe. It was the nicest RV sales.center I have ever been to. The process getting into my new Ekko was easy and smooth. We worked out a deal and I picked up the unit the very next morning. I will definitely visit here again in the future for all my future RV purchases
