I was told by Eric an Joe in the California State Legistrator that Don's RV did honest, an excellent repair work on RV's, to see if they could get me in for my furnace wasn't working correctly in my Leprechaun motorhome. I called an they said be there the next morning at 745am. Super shop manager, got it right in, an saw to it, it was fixed right, an got a few other things I needed repaired/ replaced, before passing thru onto San Diego. Everyone was very professional, friendly an very accommodating to me an my two small dogs.. Thank-you guys for getting me in asap....... I certainly refer this company, great service work.
We went to 6 other dealers before we decided on Don's. We were treated great, the transaction was quick and easy. Very impressive. Fast forward 1 year and we took it in for minor service. The service department is amazing. Fast and competent. We had them do some upgrades and we couldn't be happier! I highly recommend Don's RV, you will too!
Don’s RV service department is by far the best anywhere. I purchased a Motorhome from another dealer and I’ll just say that everything but the price of the RV sucked. The other location wouldn’t help any problem or said it would talk a number of weeks. Don's RV has stepped up and has kept me on the road the best they could. Professional, knowledgeable and courteous staff. I have used Don’s RV for many years in the past for my other RV needs and will definitely be using them for all my future needs as well.
I had a accident with my travel trailer. I did some damage to the right side. They fixed it. I'm real happy to have my home back. All of the crew was a big help. This includes all the crew. They quoted me a price and lucky insurance company paid for the damage. I bought my travel trailer from them and I received a great deal. Thank you Don's RV!
Whole buying process was a great experience from start to finish. No “junk fees” or pressure, or even a whole lot of grief for declining their extended warranty. With that said, I really want to give 4 stars, but I’m giving five because I understand how hard it is to compete with online retailers when it comes to accessories and add-ons. I bought a weight distribution hitch and a backup camera with an easy 100% mark up, and while I knew it was excessive, I just wanted it done.
