When we purchased our RV, we found Louis and his team to be very helpful and less expensive than other RV repair shops. They winterized the RV for us, however, the fresh water tank did not make it that winter. We purchased a new tank,paid for the freight, and they charged us for the removal of the old one. We had planned a year's long trip and advised we would be traveling when the tank arrived 6 to 8 weeks from the time they ordered it. They had no issues with it, since we paid for it. When we got back to town, we called and spoke to the office manager about the tank. We were dealing with a sick relative and Rebecca advised that it was not a problem, that they often stored parts for customers. Since this time, they have moved and lost our tank. Louis never responded to my husband's phone calls and messages. He did reply to one email, but has since left us hanging. We had highly recommended this group to other RV owners, however, with our recent experience, I cannot recommend them. They took our money, the part and no response. There has been no communication and poor customer service! I will file a complaint with BBB as well.
We are from Louisiana came to work here in texas and had problems with our camper. Called one repair guy came fixed it then left next morning back broke. I called this place cause I still had my warranty and they came out the very next day. The technician did all his research on my camper before coming and found the problem. If yall need any work done I highly recommend DFW
Sherralyn in service was great to work with on an RV claim. Communication was clear and timely, and all necessary information was provided without any issues. The claim was handled efficiently, and the process moved forward smoothly. Really appreciated the attention to detail and solid follow-through.
After hitting a large separation on the side of I-20 in the dark the impact took out the suspension on the right side of the trailerwe didn't find the damage right away the trailer seemed to tow ok. After finding the damage we found DFW and gave them a call. We had to leave the trailer we were 1027 miles from our home in Maricopa,Arizona. It took a month for them to round up all the parts and get trailer road ready! I was more than happy with the work that was performed on the trailer. I'm a retired mechanic/ welder fabricator and for me to happy with someone else's work is saying a lot and I was! I would recommend them to anyone with an RV! I only regret that they are a bit out of my range! Sorry I don't have pictures of finished trailer but it is like new!
Unexpectedly our NorCold Refrigerator stopped working after defrosting the unit while visiting the Fort Worth Area. I called Rover DFW RV and explained the situation. I needed it fixed asap. All of the people who worked with me and on my motorhome were so compassionate and helpful during this stressful time. The cooling unit was able to be replaced despite being discontinued. I was able to continue my journey home in a timely manner. I highly recommend Rover DFW RV due to their exceptional customer service.
