We bought a used 2018 sunseeker 3050 C CLASS and our salesman COLLIN was great but the sales manger Mr heath was a coward when I had a issue he would walk to the back to the repair center and never came back and left it to my salesman!!! when we picked it up there after they said it was ready and had a 130 step inspection which they won’t tell you what the steps are and the unit would be cleaned but they didn’t do that either. Which they charge us $1200 dollars!!! the tech went through the unit and didn’t even ck the oil level in the generator, first problem!!! then the rear shade fell down when he pulled it down it way broke!!! second problem !! the fan motor wasn’t working and told me they would order it third problem!!!! I found stuff wrong that the techs didn’t find, and we paid $1200 to have these issues fixed by the contract!!! I was told by Mr heath that the stove hood fan would be ordered but after 2 months and three times going all the way to spring from pearland the last time I had to pick up the inspection sticker!!! I was told by the parts manager that they weren’t going to replace it TOO BAD!!! I understand I bought a used rv but the way Mr heath treated us was terrible that is why I called him a coward he would not comfort us and leave the issues to his salesman 😖😖😖

We had a great experience with Collin at Demontrond RV. He was very knowledgeable, not pushy at all, and made the entire process pleasant and stress-free. We also had the chance to meet the rest of the team, including the manager, which was really nice and made us feel welcome. Overall, it was a great experience, and we’re really looking forward to buying with them at the show!

Joshua in finance made the finalizing of everything a breeze. He knows his stuff and takes the time to make sure you’re comfortable and understand everything! We met numerous other people who work there and they were all so friendly! The entire process was amazingly stress-free! We will be a return customer for sure!
Just purchased a used diesel pusher from these guys and I have to say the experience was outstanding. I live in Delaware, so did all of the negotiating over the phone. I was very happy with the deal - and this is my third coach so I'm not completely new to this. In fact, I had so many issues with my last coach, I decided to have a certified and highly rated inspector do a thorough review before I flew down to TX to close the deal. The dealer was happy to receive the inspector - no questions asked/no challenges. There were a few things that needed to be dealt with and a handful of minor/cosmetic things. I sent the report to the team and they promised they would get on it. When I arrived, I was happily greeted by my salesman (Rick), finance manager (Josh), and eventually service manager (Jonah). Johan took his time going over the coach with me and helping me make the transition from features on my last coach to this one. He was very knowledgeable and patient. He also took me through everything on the inspection report and showed me how they addressed it. There were only two items they did not/could not deal with and I was happy with the honesty and recommendations. I had a 1500 mile drive to get back home, and I was pleasantly surprised when Josh reached out at the end of the first day to see how the day went. So with all that, let me conclude by saying how happy I am with this DeMontrond team. I've seen some ugly reviews below and on socials, but that was not my experience at all.
